Job Title: Senior IT Operations Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee IT operations, monitor system performance, and drive efficiency through automation and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM platforms, cloud infrastructure operations, and IT governance standards. They will be responsible for mentoring and developing junior staff and fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
  • Manage incident, problem, change, and event management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance using ITOM platforms.
  • Ensure system availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity.
  • Develop operational dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports.
  • Automate recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with security, applications, and business teams to ensure resilient IT services.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on ITOM practices, tools, and governance.
