Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven leader who can drive revenue growth, build high-performance sales teams, and develop go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the FMCG market, excellent strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, and commercial strategy in FMCG companies in Chennai.
  • An MBA from a premier institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, or equivalent).
  • Ideal age: between 40 to 45 years.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performance sales teams, and developing go-to-market strategies.
