High-Stakes Test Center Operations Specialist

Do you have what it takes to excel in a fast-paced, global environment? As a High-Stakes Test Center Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our test centers.

Reporting to the High Stakes Test Centre Management Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating schedules across multiple locations, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements.
  • Collaborating with the Workforce Management team on Speaking Examiners' allocation forecasts.
  • Monitoring test center utilization and making recommendations for adjustments or expansions based on demand.
  • Managing accurate submissions of invoices for test centers, verifying exam volumes, and facilitating timely payments.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to manage unforeseen events and minimize their impact on candidates and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing CCTV monitoring across test centers to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Handling requests from test centers regarding changes in setup or personnel, directing them to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Proactively identifying and communicating quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement to relevant teams.
  • Conducting visits to test centers to assess operations, ensure adherence to company standards, and provide on-site support for continuous improvement.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of previous working experience in a multi-cultured environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in English language (Level C2).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in liaising with multiple teams and departments.
  • Flexibility to travel as required to support operational needs.
