Integration Project Manager

We're seeking a seasoned API Integration Specialist to lead middleware-based API and system integrations for our WealthTech platform. This critical role will ensure seamless integration with external systems and services, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading integration projects across internal and external stakeholders. You'll define project scope, milestones, and success metrics for middleware/API integrations, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integration strategies, including data mapping, transformation, and validation rules.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on integration requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to integration, collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple integration workstreams, including real-time APIs, batch jobs, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and SFTP.
Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of IT experience in project/program management of API & middleware integrations.
  • Strong understanding of system integration techniques (APIs, message queues, SFTP) and API security, data privacy, and operational risk standards.
  • Familiarity with API management tools (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway) and Node.js-based architectures, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
  • Experience in wealth management / WealthTech / BFSI investment domain, with knowledge of financial data formats (FIX, OFX, JSON, XML).
