
Business Account Manager

We are seeking a highly organized professional to manage high-volume new and small business accounts, providing efficient service to ensure customers understand and gain value from their investments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement standardized account plans tailored to volume, focusing on efficient onboarding, rapid response to customer inquiries, and delivering value with minimal turnaround time.
- Collaborate across teams, including Customer Success and Marketing, to provide a cohesive customer experience and utilize resources across accounts.
- Conduct product presentations, webinars, and calls to increase awareness of available solutions and drive sales growth by developing a high-velocity sales process.
You will be responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of customers, increasing engagement and retention through proactive communication and solution-driven support.
Critical collaboration with our teams will be key to providing a seamless customer experience and driving long-term success.
