About the Role:
We're looking for a smart, driven, and confident intern to join our Business Development & Account Management team. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in the advertising industry with exposure in client interaction, account planning/management, and contribution towards business growth. You'll work closely with our leadership team and learn at a fast-paced, creative & digital agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Support the creation of presentations and proposals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track ongoing projects and client requirements
  • Maintain and update CRM and client databases
  • Attend client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research
  • Help in ensuring smooth communication and delivery between teams and clients

What we're looking for:

  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Quick learner with a proactive, smart-working and go-getter attitude
  • Proficiency in the MS suite
  • Good verbal and written communication in English
  • Native level proficiency in South India (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu), Gujarati or Punjabi
