About the Role:
We're looking for a smart, driven, and confident intern to join our Business Development & Account Management team. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in the advertising industry with exposure in client interaction, account planning/management, and contribution towards business growth. You'll work closely with our leadership team and learn at a fast-paced, creative & digital agency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
- Support the creation of presentations and proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams to track ongoing projects and client requirements
- Maintain and update CRM and client databases
- Attend client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Conduct basic market and competitor research
- Help in ensuring smooth communication and delivery between teams and clients
What we're looking for:
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Quick learner with a proactive, smart-working and go-getter attitude
- Proficiency in the MS suite
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- Native level proficiency in South India (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu), Gujarati or Punjabi
