We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge enterprise-grade solutions.

This highly specialized role demands an adaptable individual with extensive expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript (React/Node.js), HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs, and proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS platforms.

The successful candidate will lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex projects with ease. Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to inspire technical teams are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable, secure, and high-quality WordPress solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless CMS experiences.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern CMS solutions based on project needs.
  • Mentor junior developers and drive best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.
  • Ensure timely delivery, manage code reviews, and maintain documentation for technical implementations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript (React/Node.js), HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to Headless CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex projects.

  • Experience migrating between multiple CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of performance testing, SEO optimization, and accessibility standards.
