Job Overview

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • Expertise in Agile Project Management tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) and Kendis.
  • In-depth knowledge and passion for Scrum/SAFe methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in nurturing self-organizing teams via servant leadership.
  • Certifications: Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner and SAFe Scrum Master or Certified ScrumMaster.
