Sales Engineer Geotec

Sales:

  • Identify and engage with clients and structural consultants who can benefit from our geotechnical product line.
  • Collaborate with regional offices to discover new geotechnical projects that can utilize our products or services, maximizing client potential in designated regions.
  • Collect project information to effectively negotiate price and contract terms, meeting both client and company needs.
  • Regularly visit key accounts to support customer needs, enhance loyalty, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Travel 50-60% of the time to support sales efforts.
  • Provide pre-sales technical expertise, make technical presentations, and demonstrate how our products meet client needs.
  • Offer after-sales support services and provide technical backup as required, arranging and conducting product installation training.
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Liaise with regional sales teams and other technical experts.
  • Provide support materials for other sales team members and functional teams.
  • Consolidate sales forecasts and attend monthly reviews and updates in coordination with planning and logistics departments.

Marketing:

  • Establish good relationships with architects, specifiers, and industrial/infrastructural consultants/contractors to specify our products.
  • Identify decision-makers in high-end infrastructural/industrial/residential projects and establish cohesive relationships with them.
  • Organize technical seminars and participate in exhibitions to promote our products and services, supported by the Dextra Marketing team.
  • Analytical: synthesize diverse information, collect and research data, use intuition and experience to complement data, and follow workflows and procedures.

Education and Experience:

  • BE/Dip. in Civil/Mech.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the building material or construction industry.
