Overview:

iTaap is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director to lead our Commercial Property Consulting team.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, strategic advisory services, and regional operations in the commercial property sector.

With a strong track record in business development, client management, and strategic advisory, you will be well-equipped to shape our regional strategy and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement regional business strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead market analysis efforts to identify commercial real estate trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue targets and drive operational efficiency.

Client Advisory & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a senior advisor to key clients, offering insights into property investments, acquisitions, and development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of property-related reports and proposals for clients.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of property consultants, analysts, and support staff.
  • Promote a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, client satisfaction, and innovation.
  • Oversee training and professional development programs for team members.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the firm's commercial property portfolio in the region.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with local and international real estate firms, institutional investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive regional marketing efforts, including attending industry events and contributing to PR initiatives.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee the financial performance of the regional business, ensuring revenue targets and profitability goals are met.
  • Prepare and manage regional budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting in coordination with corporate finance teams.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to assess business performance.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure that all regional operations comply with local and international real estate laws and regulations.
  • Oversee risk management practices, including property valuation accuracy, legal documentation, and due diligence.

Qualifications:

iTaap is seeking a highly skilled individual with a Master's degree or MBA and 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior consulting role.

Candidates should have a proven track record in business development, client management, and strategic advisory, with expertise in commercial real estate markets, investment analysis, and market dynamics.

A strong leadership and team management style, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, is essential for success in this role.
