Cloud Contact Center Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Contact Center Solutions Expert to lead the design, development, and administration of cloud-based contact center solutions for a 3-month contract role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating scalable, automated, and customer-centric systems that enhance the overall contact center experience.

The key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Lambda functions, Lex bots, and API integrations to support dynamic and personalized customer interactions. Additionally, the expert will build API-driven automation workflows to streamline operations and improve agent efficiency. They will also customize IVR systems and CTI integrations to support advanced call handling and reporting features.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with AWS services (Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3) and IVR/CTI customization to deliver scalable customer experience solutions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • AWS Administration Skills: Skilled in designing and developing cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in configuring contact flows, Lambda integrations, and API-driven automation.
  • Hands-on Experience: Extensive experience with AWS services (Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3) and IVR/CTI customization to deliver scalable customer experience solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AWS services.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions, including Amazon Connect.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
