About This Role

We are seeking a Marketing Leader to drive business growth by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.


Main Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Prepare and deploy a robust marketing mix aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, forecast sales, and monitor brand evolution indices.
  • Sustain and grow established brands and line extensions with effective promotional strategies.
  • Conduct ROI analysis for all major marketing investments.
  • Manage the product lifecycle and marketing efforts as per the BCG matrix.


Key Areas of Focus
  1. Market & Customer Development: Develop and execute strategies for market expansion and customer segmentation.
  2. Identify and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and oversee KOL management strategies.
  3. Promote differentiated value propositions and ensure strong field force alignment.


Leadership Role
  • Lead and mentor a team of Therapy Heads (GPMs) and Product Managers.
  • Monitor performance against business goals, ensuring strong brand performance and profitability.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and accountability.
