Job Summary:
This full-time, on-site role is located in Ludhiana for a Zonal Enterprise Lead (Manager Level). The successful candidate will drive the Salary accounts business through a dedicated sales team, conducting market visits and managing funnels. Key responsibilities include driving sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market analysis, and ensuring excellent client service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory experience in the Salary accounts business with a proven track record
- Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis experience
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
