Job Description
- Identify and evaluate potential customers and business opportunities
- Assess customer needs and advocate for Freight Forwarding Services
- Develop Air & Sea volumes to meet business objectives
- Provide customized rates to clients based on their specific requirements for different sectors and ports
- Expand the customer base and maintain relationships with existing clientele
- Follow up with clients for bookings and convert inquiries into firm bookings
- Meet set commercial targets in terms of volume and revenue
- Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to HODs
- Proactively seek, qualify, develop, and nurture new customer relationships
- Offer post-sales support to both existing and new clients
- Consistently execute sales strategies across the assigned zone
Requirements Requirements:
- Prior experience in international logistics with a focus on AIR or SEA logistics sales
