High-Performing Sales Leader Wanted for Cybersecurity Innovator

Job Summary
We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with experience in building high-performing teams and driving revenue growth in the cybersecurity and dev tools industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in creating comprehensive sales strategies, managing pipelines, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that includes inbound and outbound efforts, quota setting, and team management
- Manage the sales pipeline for accurate forecasting and lead generation
- Create and implement an outbound sales motion from scratch to generate new leads
- Owning and increasing MQL conversion rates
- Evaluate and implement sales tools to enhance process efficiency
- Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas for SDRs and AEs
- Segregating MQLs into MOFU, TOFU, and BOFU, and developing strategies to convert each segment
- Hiring SDRs, AEs, and training them to build a high-performing sales team
- Monitoring and evaluating team performance against targets, providing coaching and feedback to improve effectiveness
- Being hands-on and owning your personal quota
- Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure world-class customer experience post-sales
- Traveling to meet high-value potential customers and attending events as required
Requirements and Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a sales development role in tech B2B SaaS product companies, preferably in cybersecurity
- 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role
- Experience selling SaaS products in the US and Europe is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls and multichannel outbound sales
- Ability to conduct rigorous research on companies and prospects
- Maintaining the CRM (Hubspot)
- Ability to automate and create scalable processes from scratch
- Ability to communicate, present to, and influence executive and C-suite organizations
- Excellent articulation and ability to explain complex ideas concisely
- Being the face of Astra and pitching the company and our products to prospects
- Outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
