We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial furniture and interior design solutions, a proven track record in sales, and excellent client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, convert prospects into clients within the furniture and interior design sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and commercial real estate professionals.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our furniture and interior design solutions to effectively communicate value and meet client needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets, expand our customer base, and maximize market share.
- Conduct negotiations with clients, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure alignment on client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
A minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience in furniture, interiors, or a related industry is required.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
This role is based in Pune, Maharashtra and is a full-time position.
