Franchise Development Leader
">The key responsibility of this role is to drive franchise expansion and onboarding across multiple categories. This involves identifying high-potential cities, conducting research to map demand clusters, competition, and real estate feasibility.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying high-quality franchise prospects, building a strong funnel of partners aligned with the company's criteria, driving end-to-end meetings and presentations with prospective partners, pitching the franchise model with clear ROI and business potential, guiding partners through franchise agreement and financial formalities, ensuring stores go live within defined timelines, and achieving monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets.

- A bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or an MBA is required. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise acquisition, or channel sales, with a proven track record of partner onboarding and achieving aggressive sales targets.">
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. A high willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets is also necessary.">
- Exposure to building materials, interiors, furniture, laminates, tiles, or related industries is strongly preferred.">
