Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our people operations in India. As a strategic business partner, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit processes.
You will handle end-to-end recruitment, including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interviewing, coordinating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and secure employee records, contracts, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices. You will also be responsible for managing employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events that improve morale and retention.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, performance management, and exit processes.

- Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
- Lead performance review cycles, goal-setting processes, and career development frameworks.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure legal compliance and clarity for employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience in India across all major HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Ability to independently manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
- Experience designing and running engagement initiatives that actually improve employee satisfaction.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, approachable, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing organization with multiple priorities.
