Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Industry Preference: Warehousing / Logistics (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet manpower requirements.
  • Sources high-caliber candidates through job portals, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers/stakeholders to create job descriptions and understand organizational needs.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on their fit within the organization.
  • Drives recruitment for volume hiring and niche roles in warehousing/logistics functions.
  • Maintains recruitment dashboards, management information systems, and ensures adherence to timelines.
  • Supports employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on Warehousing/Logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools.
