Branch Leadership Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance to lead a team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, achieving revenue targets, and overseeing a team of experienced Wealth Relationship Managers with large portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the branch's day-to-day activities and ensure it meets its revenue goals.
  • Recruit and manage a high-performing team of Wealth RMs with significant portfolios.
  • Promote corporate client acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key clients, including IT, HR, logistics, services, and public sector units.
  • Ensure that life and health insurance are integral parts of each RM's product offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and align the branch's strategy with the company's overall objectives.
Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or evidence of career progression.
  • Proven sales experience in life and health insurance, both individually and as part of a team.
  • A background in banking, securities, or wealth management is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, sales, and client engagement skills are essential.
