Job Title

Organizational Development and Compliance Manager

About the Role

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Organizational Development and Compliance Manager to oversee human resources and industrial relations functions.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Labour Laws and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Manage all documentation and reporting related to labor laws, PF (Provident Fund), and ESI (Employee State Insurance).
  • Employee Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, including PF and ESI, and provide guidance to employees on how to utilize their benefits.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers for performance improvement.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support employee growth and engagement.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management and regulatory authorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in overseeing the recruitment lifecycle
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Experience in managing documentation and reporting for compliance, PF, and ESI
  • The ability to administer employee benefits programs
  • Experience in implementing performance management processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports
