Job Title: Senior Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the functionality and reliability of our IT environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for administering Microsoft Intune, managing incident and service request management processes, utilizing Nexthink for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting, and facilitating consultant onboarding/offboarding processes.

Your responsibilities will also include handling grant application/drive/folder access requests, administering user accounts in Active Directory, and managing access to collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.

You will have the opportunity to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively, while also being part of a team-first meritocracy that values innovation and growth.

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications, as well as experience in desktop support or a similar role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

In addition to these skills, we require the following certifications:

  • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams
  • AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
  • Nexthink Fundamentals

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Desired certifications: MS-900, MS-700, AZ-900, Nexthink Fundamentals
