Job Title

Technical IT Support Specialist and Security Expert

This role combines technical support with strategic security implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our internal IT infrastructure while establishing and enforcing comprehensive security policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security architectures, as well as proficiency in Windows (Server and Desktop), with Mac and Linux knowledge preferred.

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across all departments
  • Administer employee workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
  • Manage internal networking components, including switches, routers, and access points
Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Support

  • Resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently
  • Implement robust security measures to safeguard against cyber threats
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills -

  • Experience: 3+ years in IT support and security administration
  • Microsoft Ecosystem: Proven experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
  • Network Security: Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security architectures
  • Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows (Server and Desktop), with Mac and Linux knowledge preferred
