System Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled system developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance systems that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement low-latency systems using efficient coding techniques.
  • Analyze and understand the dynamics of financial markets to design and enhance trading functionalities.
  • Develop new features and functionalities as defined by the technology team, prioritizing scalability and performance.
  • Optimize existing code for better system performance, reducing latency, and improving overall system efficiency.
  • Proactively suggest and implement system improvements, addressing performance bottlenecks and technological challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with web technologies such as AngularJS, ExpressJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
  • Proven expertise in designing and optimizing performance-critical systems in fast-paced environments.
  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, with a focus on performance optimization.
  • Prior experience in working with trading platforms and financial market-related applications is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support a team while promoting collaboration and innovation.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results on time and within scope.
