Job Description:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive financial strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee accounting and financial operations, including accounts receivable & accounts payable, general ledger, and monthly close processes.
  • Optimize working capital and cash flow management, monitoring customer credit and collection activities.
  • Design and implement effective financial policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Communicate critical financial issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable business insights and define relevant financial and operational metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Present consolidated management reports to senior leadership, including full financial statements and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.
  • Monitor financial performance against targets and identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
  • Build a high-performing finance team, ensuring expertise in local and international accounting regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, providing financial guidance and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
