Commercial Real Estate Accounting Executive

We are seeking a skilled accounting professional to oversee financial operations and contribute to our company's success.

  • Oversee financial processes, including journal entries, reconciliation, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate and review financial reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize accounts payable/receivable workflows, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline data flow and ensure alignment in financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Yardi software in a real estate or property management setting.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting principles.
  • Analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach, proficient in Excel for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com/CA/CPA/CFA degree with minimum 2-3 years of corporate experience. Preferably from reputable companies.
