**Job Title:** Senior Financial Leadership Position

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing accounting teams. They should also be knowledgeable about financial regulations, taxation laws, and accounting standards.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with IND AS. They will also manage month-end and year-end closing processes, implement internal controls, and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

Additionally, they will handle GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances. They will also be responsible for budgeting, MIS reporting, and cost reduction initiatives.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation laws, and accounting standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
