  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Regional Human Resources Manager.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective manpower capacitation on a monthly basis, developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to meet business objectives, and establishing a strong employer brand through recruitment events and social media presence.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can oversee and improve the overall candidate onboarding experience, manage vendors, and promote diversity in the workplace.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting top talent within defined timelines and budgets, and will be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

About the Role
