Recruitment Professional

The role of a Recruitment Professional is pivotal in our organization as we seek to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that effectively showcase our company's culture and values.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to reach out to potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems with candidate information and recruitment progress.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by identifying, evaluating, and developing relationships with high-potential candidates.
  • Prepare and present regular candidate reports and recruitment metrics to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
