
Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying top talent, building strong employer brands, and driving successful hiring outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
- Job Description Development: Create compelling job descriptions that showcase our company culture and values.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various online channels to identify potential candidates, including social media platforms and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Recruitment Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract passive candidates and encourage them to apply.
- Resume Screening: Carefully review incoming resumes and application forms to ensure they meet our requirements.
- Candidate Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews via phone, video, or in-person to assess candidate skills and fit.
- Assignment Distribution: Develop and distribute assignments, including numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests, to evaluate candidate skills.
- Job Advertising: Advertise job openings on our careers page, social media, job boards, and internally to reach a wide audience.
- Shortlisting Candidates: Compile shortlists of qualified candidates for hiring managers to review.
- Offer Extension: Extend job offers to selected candidates and answer any queries about compensation and benefits.
- HR Metrics Tracking: Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire, to optimize our recruitment process.
- Networking Events: Represent our organization at job fairs and host in-house recruitment events to attract top talent.
- Manager Collaboration: Work closely with managers to identify future hiring needs and develop strategies to meet them.
- New Hire Onboarding: Act as a consultant to new hires, providing guidance and support during their onboarding process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- ATS and Resume Database Proficiency: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases to streamline our recruitment process.
- Sourcing Techniques: Skilled in sourcing techniques, including online research and networking.
- Referral Programs: Familiarity with referral programs and how to leverage them to attract top talent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Judgement: Strong judgement to make informed decisions about candidate suitability and fitness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.
