Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our strategy consulting projects in the Public Service sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies, investment strategies, and feasibility studies.
  • Conduct market research, analyze data, and identify innovative solutions to drive business growth.
  • Assess current technology infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Lead change management initiatives, engaging stakeholders, communicating effectively, and driving adoption of new technologies.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, planning, scoping requirements, collecting data, coordinating between departments, analyzing data, and disseminating research results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective communication, both verbally and written, with ability to present findings clearly in reports and other deliverables.
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • 8-12 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, and client management, with exposure to working with senior leadership.
  • Prior consulting experience from a tier 1 organization, preferably with MENA clients.
