The Role: Commercial Advisor

Kimbocorp seeks independent individuals with a strong network of SMEs, professionals, or crypto/finance-savvy founders. As a licensed advisor, you'll help clients create pre-incorporation sandbox businesses, structure shareholders and directors, sign early LOIs and prepare agreements, and formalise their holding companies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Introduce 3 qualified stakeholders per month to explore Singapore structures
  • Guide leads from your network into onboarding discussions or sandbox creation
  • Follow up with prospects, share proposals, and close deals
  • Attend weekly training sessions and advisory townhalls
  • Provide 1-on-1 guidance to clients alongside our Singapore-based team
