Job Description:
The Strategic Business Alliances Manager is responsible for driving and managing Retail Trade & Forex business growth through alliances with national and regional influencers, including CA Firms, CS Firms, Law Firms, FinTech's, Consultants etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing partnerships to achieve income delivery, drive initiatives to maximize income delivery, expand market reach and enhance overall performance.
- Ensuring the selection, documentation, negotiations and business initiation for partners.
- Monitoring partner health and ensuring timely business settlements.
- Strong stakeholder management, decision-making and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Central Office - Channel Management Deliverables.
- Effective channel management of business facets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- First point of contact for all partners and prospects.
- Accountable for interfacing with control functions including Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU etc.
- Driving business delivery through daily engagements with internal channel members.
- Responsible for achieving revenue targets through various initiatives.
- Creation of engagement and review platforms for budget delivery.
- Bridge between Partners and YBL for product related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
