This position offers the opportunity to work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and QA teams to drive and implement testing strategies, identify risks, and provide valuable insights into platform improvements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead QA Activities: Ensure the functionality, performance, and stability of the trading platform across various environments.
  • QA Lifecycle Management: Plan, develop, execute, and manage test cases for the trading platform, including defect management.
  • Collaborate with Trading and IT Teams: Understand system requirements, user needs, and business processes to identify critical areas for testing.
  • Develop Comprehensive Test Plans: Create and execute test plans and strategies for Endur and related tools, including integration, regression, functional, and performance testing.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Provide support for both technical and non-technical issues, and define, implement, and enforce QA best practices, standards, and methodologies across all projects.
