Sr. Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Backend Developer to join our team.

  1. Experience with backend development using Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
  2. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, databases (SQL & NoSQL), microservices architecture, and containerization tools like Docker & Kubernetes.
  3. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI).
  4. Expertise in testing frameworks (Jest/Mocha/Chai) and experience with message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS).

This is a hybrid role that requires collaboration with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
  2. To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and implement solutions.
  3. To lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
  4. To optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
  5. To implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
