Visual Storyteller

We're looking for a skilled Visual Storyteller to develop captivating visual narratives that bring concepts to life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and storytelling. They should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and possess a keen eye for detail, with the ability to balance creativity with functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for campaigns, digital, print, and social media.
  • Translate briefs into compelling visual stories while staying true to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to craft integrated campaigns.
  • Deliver designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that bring ideas to life.
  • Explore and experiment with new design styles, trends, and techniques to keep work fresh.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers where needed, sharing feedback and design best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation (preferably in an agency setup).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to take feedback positively and refine ideas quickly.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
