Marketing Executive

A leading company is seeking a skilled marketing executive to join its team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to drive awareness, conversions, and growth.

This role is ideal for someone who loves digital marketing, is data-driven, and wants hands-on experience running high-impact campaigns for a fast-growing consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Drive key outcomes – conversions, retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Continuously analyze campaign data, optimize targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Track budgets, daily spends, and campaign efficiency against KPIs.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Share insights and reports with the marketing team to inform future campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Strong interest in digital marketing OR up to 3 years of experience.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data, numbers, and reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for wellness, consumer brands, and e-commerce marketing is an asset.
