Creative Strategist Role

This is a challenging and creative role that involves developing and proposing innovative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the solutions department to develop and propose value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
  • Trend Research: Research and monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to improve current offerings.
  • Campaign Execution: Creatively involved in end-to-end coordination and execution with the respective brands.
  • Communication: Ensure on-time and effective communication with the internal team to ensure that clients' timelines are met.
  • Idea Generation: Brainstorm with team members to decide upon creative ideas to take the campaign, and pitches forward and help in making decisions for creative buckets.
  • Content Creation: Create content that is fact-filled, interesting, and appealing to the target audience.
  • Copywriting: Consume all kinds of copy and content and craft effective, creative, and engaging copy.
  • Moment Marketing: Propose topical content and moment marketing campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.

Requirements:

  • Creative Thinking: Strong creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop and propose value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
  • Digital Knowledge: Knowledge of Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Campaign Coordination: Ability to creatively coordinate and execute campaigns for respective brands.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure that clients' timelines are met.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to brainstorm with team members to come up with creative ideas and make decisions for creative buckets.
  • Writing Skills: Strong writing skills, with the ability to create content that is fact-filled, interesting, and appealing to the target audience.
  • Copy Consumption: Ability to consume all kinds of copy and content and craft effective, creative, and engaging copy.
  • Moment Marketing Knowledge: Basic knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and the ability to propose topical content and campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
