Job Title: Senior Product Leader

As a seasoned Senior Product Leader, you will drive the vision and strategy for our software engineering products. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives, ensuring technical quality, product quality, and efficient use of resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects
  • Lead and manage large-scale product development projects from concept to delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Drive innovation and take ownership of products offering cyber security to customers and MSP

Requirements:

  • 14+ years' experience in developing and managing core products or business applications
  • Strong domain experience on Cyber Security
  • Experience with Content Management, Web Development, Agile Development & global delivery
  • Practical knowledge of agile/iterative development process
  • Strong design, architecture and coding experience
  • Hands on experience in C++, C technologies
  • Good knowledge in AWS, Multi Project / Program Management, & Development
  • Able to handle large-scale and multiple products and scrum teams concurrently
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, business oriented
  • Strong leadership, people management and mentoring skills
  • Goal driven; plans and manages toward achieving goals, anticipates problems and issues and proactively drives their resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
  • Skilled in presentations and discussions with business and technical staff
  • Experience in working in an international environment involving multiple development sites on various time zones
  • Must be confident, highly motivated and passionate about delivery and customer satisfaction
