Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring clear translation of HQ requirements into actionable development tasks, identify opportunities for innovation and growth in product features and performance.">
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of software developers, fostering collaboration, productivity, and accountability, provide leadership to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery, implement agile methodologies and best practices in product development.">
  • Product Development & Delivery: Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, testing, launch, and iteration, ensure products meet functional, technical, and design standards, collaborate with QA and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.">
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison with HQ, ensuring alignment and clear communication, present product updates, progress reports, and strategic recommendations, balance business needs with technical feasibility and team capacity.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.">
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Manager in software, digital products, or SaaS environments.">
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver applications and SaaS products.">
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.">
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with experience working directly with international teams/HQ.">
  • Demonstrated ability to translate product vision into actionable development plans.">
