About Us

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our innovation team, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge AI-powered software products.

The Role

  • We require a talented developer with at least 5 years of experience (Senior) or 2 years (Junior) in designing and implementing server-based applications for enterprise environments.
  • A strong understanding of RDBMS databases like SQL and query optimization is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in backend development with C++ and Microsoft Visual Studio, as well as knowledge of the latest C++ development standards.
  • Good knowledge of algorithms, STL containers, and data structures is also required.
  • Familiarity with Solr, Lucene, Elastic Search engines, CI / CD pipelines, code versioning, testing & debugging tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of product development methodologies and modern software design is necessary.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will further develop and maintain the C++ based software backend, ensuring high-quality development and transforming industrial customers' use cases into solutions.
  • You will participate in the design phase up to the final testing, using your experience and expertise to shape the product.
  • You will mentor and develop young colleagues, promoting teamwork and high-quality outcomes.
  • You will implement logics and connections to external systems via diverse APIs, ensuring seamless integration.
  • You will continuously optimize the Software, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
  • You will develop well-founded and exciting test and development tools for the processes and challenges of development support.
