Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional to lead our product development efforts.

This role requires an individual with 10+ years of experience and proven leadership skills. As an engineering executive, you will be responsible for driving multiple projects forward, building and managing diverse teams, formulating and executing strategies, and collaborating with other leaders.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Product Development: Develop and implement product development processes to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
  2. Team Management: Manage staff and assign tasks to engineering and technical personnel to achieve project goals.
  3. Industry Expertise: Should have extensive experience working in the fintech industry, with a strong understanding of sector technology and processes.
  4. Strategic Leadership: Lead teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes, driving innovation and growth.
  5. Process Improvement: Strive to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and to reduce waste.
  6. Resource Allocation: Secure resources needed for teams to excel, including researching and proposing capital investments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience & Portfolio:

  1. Expert-level knowledge of fintech technology and processes.
  2. Strong personnel and project management skills, strategic management.
  3. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills & Efficiency:

  1. 10+ years of experience & minimum 2 years as Engineering Manager.
  2. Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD.
  3. Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders.

Communication & Ownership:

  1. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  2. Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
