Software Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned software engineering leader to spearhead the development of full stack solutions, architect scalable systems, and drive technical excellence across projects.

  • Leverage expertise in Laravel and modern PHP frameworks to lead backend development
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable systems architectures
  • Oversight of system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services
  • Project management involving Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and related technology stacks
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote best practices adoption
  • Collaboration with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
  • Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of backend development experience in PHP, with a strong focus on Laravel
  • Expertise in working with Magento, WordPress, and Shopify platforms
  • A solid background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks
  • Proficiency in:
  • PHP, Laravel, Java
  • ReactJS, Node.js
  • MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB databases
  • CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to handle multiple clients and adapt to a dynamic work environment
