Senior Software Engineering Position

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned software leader to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge applications. As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for guiding a team of talented developers in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled software engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, driving innovation and improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server, and .NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
  • Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
  • Experience with SSRS is a plus.
