Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Execution: Define and execute the platform engineering strategy aligned with product vision and business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • R&D Roadmap: Lead global R&D roadmap execution, driving product transformation initiatives that meet business needs and foster growth.
  • Organizational Leadership: Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing, collaborative engineering organization, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Platform Development: Oversee development and operations of a scalable, reliable SaaS platform with high availability, meeting customer needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 10+ years leading SaaS platform/product development in Agile environments.
  • Team Management: Proven leadership managing engineering organizations of 100+ team members across diverse skill sets, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, containers, APIs, Infrastructure-as-Code, and serverless computing, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
