Coupa Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Coupa Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of our procurement solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and business knowledge of the procurement area, as well as experience with Coupa modules and integration setup.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support Coupa modules, including Sourcing, Contracts, Procure, Invoice, and Expenses.
  • Implement Coupa integration setup with various systems.
  • Create sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.
  • Develop functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch and configuration documents for integration partners.
  • Design and implement Coupa integration with ERP/middleware/3rd-party applications.
  • Work closely with business partners to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements into implemented technical solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Hands-on experience with Coupa modules and integration setup.
  • Strong knowledge of Coupa's features and functionalities.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with Agile methodology, including creating stories, working in a Kanban environment, participating in scrums and other Agile ceremonies.
