
Senior Plant HR Leader

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- The ideal candidate will implement employee engagement initiatives to boost productivity and morale.
- They will address employee grievances through structured procedures to ensure timely resolutions.
- Harmonious employee relations will be maintained through their efforts.
- Partnering with functional heads, they will drive effective recruitment processes.
- Onboarding, training, and capability-building programs will be led to align with business objectives.
- Performance management processes will be driven to ensure timely appraisals, constructive feedback, and career development.
- Accurate employee records will be maintained, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
- Plant administration responsibilities include transport, travel, office management, and facility management.
- As a strategic partner in plant operations, change management, and project completion, they will collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement HR policies, systems, and best practices.
- Security services and CSR activities at the plant will also be supervised.
- Postgraduate degree in HR/IR/Personnel Management (MBA/MSW/PGDM or equivalent).
- Progressive HR experience of 3–5-7 years, preferably in manufacturing/plant HR.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations.
- Demonstrated experience in statutory compliance and contract workforce management.
- Excellent leadership, people management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with ability to drive change.
- Crisis management and problem-solving abilities.
- High integrity, resilience, and business acumen.
