Plant Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our plant engineering team. As an accomplished engineer with 25+ years of experience, you will oversee the successful delivery of engineering services and solutions for our Plant Engineering Business Unit.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes. You will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring effective resource allocation, task management, and career development.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, expectations, timelines, and preparation of reports.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure all engineering processes and deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring the efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.

Required Skills:

  • Proven working experience in leadership roles in plant engineering services organizations.
  • Strong multidisciplinary knowledge, especially in process, piping, mechanical, structural, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines.
  • Experience in handling multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
