Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: Pazhayanur, Thrissur, Kerala

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer with proven experience in electrical products manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, quality control, team management, and production cost optimization. This role requires leadership capabilities to manage teams effectively and ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee electrical product design, testing, and development.
  • Manage and guide the production team to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain ISI/industry standards.
  • Implement strategies for production cost cutting without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate with management for continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in electrical products manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge in product designing, quality systems, and process control.
  • Proven track record of team leadership and production optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
