About the Role:
- Develop a comprehensive retention strategy to boost engagement and loyalty for our B2C app business.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms and analytics tools to design and execute impactful campaigns, driving customer growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy, from onboarding through retention, engagement, and reactivation, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns via leading marketing platforms to drive customer engagement and growth.
- Segment users effectively and develop personalized communication journeys to maximize impact and retention.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and retention metrics to optimize outcomes and improve customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Analytics teams to align lifecycle strategies with business goals, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Experiment with new ideas, A/B tests, and optimization tactics to improve customer retention and reduce churn, ensuring long-term business success.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in retention marketing / customer lifecycle management for B2C app businesses, with a proven track record of success.
- Hands-on experience in executing campaigns via leading marketing automation platforms, with a focus on customer retention and growth.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies, driving business growth and improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
